Helping learning fit busy schedules

Company management individuals have busy schedules and it is difficult to fit much more on their plates. Lack of proper training to improve skills can impact a business and damage overall productivity. How do you capitalize on your human capital without overloading schedules even more?

Learning has progressed to include a blend of approaches and technologies that are available at the moment of need. It can reinforce learning retention, save money, and fit into a busy schedule.

Blended learning is using the best delivery method available for the specific objective. This may include online and classroom-based instruction. There may still be some paper-based elements. It is a mix of formal and informal on-the-job solutions. It is access to critical information at the moment of need.

An effective blended learning program will use shorter learning assets (bite-size modules). It will break the content into chunks that can be delivered in the most appropriate method rather than bringing individuals into a classroom for long periods of time.

These shorter segments can be viewed on mobile devices when time allows to better prepare for the required face-to-face time of the classroom experience. Creating more resources that can be accessed at the moment of need helps with retention and better production.

Schedules will not get less busy so changing the learning approach is the best solution.
